A great start to the season!!!

What a fabulous year we have had so far at Alcott Weddings!
Each wedding has been so unique, giving us a glimpse of each couples personality, it has been a joy to be a part of!
We are a blank canvas, that couples can then put their own individual stamp on, making us the perfect venue for the alternative outdoor weddings and events! Putting those extra bespoke touches to their day.

Having the choice of structure from Capris marquee to the traditional marquee that is up as we speak for this weekend’s country style wedding and then later on in the year there will be tipi’s and yurts, each one very impressive.
Glamping on our field is very always popular, people often bring their own tents or hire the beautiful bell tents, which look so fantastic. Waking up to the smell of bacon for breakfast made by the caterer’s onsite is always a welcome hangover cure…

We have had all wedding ceremonies on site performed by a wedding celebrant so far this year, giving the day that rustic feel. We’ve been extremely lucky with the weather, with only one wedding experiencing the unpredicted British weather, our couple did not let that dampen their spirits, being avid festival peeps they still had a fabulous day.

Catering has been a relaxed affair so far, including scrumptious hog roast, fiery BBQ and street food vendors that are a welcome addition to any festival wedding.

A favourite part of a wedding is watching it all come together over the exclusive four days, which allows you time to set it all up in your own time with tingles of nerves and excitement in the air, it is a pleasure to see it all develop.

Check out our newlywed’s testimonials and photos on the website, we appreciate all the great feedback. http://alcottweddings.co.uk/index.php/about-us/alcott-farm-newly-weds/

So far we have only hosted weddings at Alcott, so we are very much looking forward to our first corporate events which are coming up in July, keep a look out for more to come…….
