We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details), email address.
How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- you have enquired about a wedding or event at our venue
- you are a supplier that has enquired about working with us
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by emailing lucy.poole@alcottweddings.com

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to email you a response to your enquiry and invite you to any open days we may have.
We may share this information with external suppliers if you have requested further quotes.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on an excel spreadsheet initially and in word documents once booked
We keep enquiries and bookings for 18 months after the initial enquiry or booking. We will then dispose your information by deleting files and shredding paper work.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
